DESCRIPTION OF THE GAMES

Sports betting

Article 1.

These provisions regulate the organization of a special game of chance of betting  (hereinafter referred to as betting). They contain provisions on the organization of betting, conditions for participation in betting, the price of one combination, the deadline for receiving payment, fund winnings, publishing game results, winning payment deadline, player notification of betting rules, the procedure in case of cancellation or change of the time of the offered event, the responsibility of the organizer, business secrets as well as other matters of importance for organizing bets.

Betting is a special game of chance in which the organizer pre-determines events and odds for betting, and the player freely chooses signs that mark the outcome of the offered event or group of events on the ticket - a form for participating in the game.

Betting is arranged continuously, according to defined terms and times, limited by time.

The organizer can publish and change the betting offer daily with new events or odd changes.

After making a payment, players receive a confirmation of the paid ticket, on which all elements of sports betting are clearly defined; coefficients, payment, and eventual profit.

Article 2.

Provisions of these Rules are valid and apply to all bets, which can be organized in group and individual sports disciplines and in various other events which, according to their nature, can be the subject of betting games.

The player can bet in the manner determined by the Rules on:

- Results of individual or group sports events

- Certain events during the sports competition (number of goals scored, exact score, number of goals in each half and at the end of the game, who will score the first goal, which player/team will be the best scorer, in which half will more goals be scored, who will score more or fewer goals, etc.)

- Success of participants in sports competitions

- Other events with a random character or without a known outcome in advance.

Bets that contradict positive legal regulations and general moral principles are not allowed.

Minimum Stake on a ticket is k3

Maximum WIN per ticket is k1,000,000

Minimum Shop Voucher is k2

Maximum Voucher is k 10,000

Article 3.

When betting, the following signs or types are used: 1, X, 2, or two signs 1 or X; 1 or 2 and X or 2.

The sign 1 indicates a victory for the home team, the sign X indicates a draw, and the sign 2 indicates a victory for the visiting team. If the match that is the subject of the bet is played on neutral ground, sign 1 refers to the first listed team in the betting list, and sign 2 to the second listed team.

Double signs indicate two results simultaneously: a sign 1 or X indicates a home win or a draw, a sign 1 or 2 indicates a home or away team win, and an X or 2 indicates a draw or an away team win.

For certain types of betting, a number of symbols from 0 to 9, letter symbols M or V, or combinations of these symbols, as well as other symbols, can be used, as indicated by the organizer in the list of sporting events.

The combination consists of a series of betting signs from this article's paragraphs 1, 2, 3, or 4. The number of characters in a sequence that makes up one combination ranges between the minimum and the maximum number of sports events that the organizer has determined for betting from the total number of offered sports events from the list of sports events for betting, which the player has chosen.

The system is a special way of forming the number of betting combinations, and the player is allowed to increase the total number of betting combinations by forming groups of events. The system is a set of several individual combinations on one ticket, which allows the player to bet on one rather than on several tickets, where it is possible to win even if not all events are hit (e.g., the 3 out of 5 system means that it is necessary to hit a minimum of 3 out of 5 events to achieve one winning combination). The player can pay out the winnings if he correctly predicted at least one of the combinations on the ticket. One pair cannot be played twice in the same combination unless specifically emphasized by special rules.

A "fix" is a mark used when playing the system to mark a specific event that will participate in all combinations chosen by the player.

Super pairs are separate matches with different odds and codes compared to the same matches in the standard offer but have a condition for the game. Head-to-head matches from the super pair group cannot be combined, and a maximum of one super pair can be played on a ticket if the ticket contains at least five other matches without a super pair.

The player can bet on some of the following types of games offered:

  1. Final outcome
  2. Final outcome - combinations
  3. Half-time/Full-time
  4. Half-time/Full-time - combinations

The aforementioned types of betting games apply to all sports, and different terminology specific to each sport may appear. Example:

- For hockey, terms such as first period, third period/end appear.

- For basketball, terms such as results per quarter and points per quarter appear.

- For tennis/volleyball, terms such as first set, first game, total sets, and games appear.

- Other sports with appropriate terminology.

In addition to the listed types of games, the organizer can offer other types and types of games for betting, for which there are appropriate rules:

- goes further for a team/competitor (1 or 2 is tipped for a team/competitor that has placed further in any sport, tournament, event, or similar. Here, in addition to the regular part, overtime and possible penalties are taken into account, whereby one team / the competitor must go further- to the next stage)

 - Performance of the team/competitor (1 or 2 is tipped for a team/competitor who achieved some performance greater or less than the given limit: goals, baskets, hits, assists, points, points, etc.)

- Long-term sports bets - for the winner or the placement at a sports event/competitor in a particular sports event (typed as game type 1 for a sports event/competitor who we believe will be the winner of an event or will win a defined range of placements: tournament, league, cup, motorcycle race, formula, other races, winner in singing, dance couples and the like).

- Combined games (a combination of all the games mentioned above or new types of games, mathematically sublimated into one game according to the probability theory).

- Super tip (the organizer selects certain sports events for which he offers increased odds on the current day)

- Special single (a single is tipped for a series of events that will occur during a selected sporting event, such as the first kick-off, first out, first corner, first yellow card, first red card, first change, first goal scorer, last goal scorer, scorer in progress, own goal, first offside, etc.)

- Sports events (duel of teams/competitors) - guessing the type and types of betting between two offered sports events/competitors by the organizer, where the winner of such a duel is determined according to the actual score of goals scored by those sports events/competitors in their actual matches.

- Single matches – where the player bets on only one sporting event and one type of all existing games. The organizer allows single matches explicitly, and the organizer can limit, ban or re-allow them.

- Live betting (a single or a combination of all types of games and types of events listed above, but which are in the course of a sporting event, live, such as final tip, handicap, next to score, total goals, next yellow card, next red) cardboard, etc.). odds for these games are constantly changing during the sporting event and special rules given by the organizer apply to these games.

- Other types and types of games and sports bets follow Article 2 of these Rules or result from a mathematically determined probability of actual events represented as an odd.

Article 4.

An odd is a decimal number determined in advance by the organizer for each sporting event that is the subject of betting and is used to calculate the winnings.

The odd can be determined for each sports event separately, as part of a combination, or for the total combination, that is, for all sports events that make up that combination.

If the odds are determined for each sporting event separately, the combination odd is obtained by multiplying the odds of all individual sporting events.

The organizer reserves the right to change the odds published in the program of sports events.

When calculating the winnings, the valid odds when placing the bet and written on the player's account are taken into account.

Due to possible technical problems, there may be a difference between the odds shown on the platform where the betting odds for the current event are located and the odds shown on the player's account. The valid odds for betting, as well as for live betting, are exclusively those found in the player's account.

Article 5.

In sports betting, players must follow the rules on conditions and the minimum number of sports events for each type or game, if they exist. The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of the game by amending these Rules, with the consent of the competent institutions. If the player has paid for a ticket that does not meet the betting rules for any reason, the organizer has the right to declare that ticket invalid. In that case, the payment will be returned to the player. The player can make the payment no later than the start of the first sports event of the ones he wants to bet on.

Article 6.

A "winning combination" is a combination that does not have a single missed type or has at least a minimum of sports events from the system affected if the player played a system ticket.

One pair cannot be played more than once in the same combination unless the organizer subsequently indicates it.

A winning combination can also exist if the organizer offers sports bets where the player meets the given conditions (published in advance), even with one or more missed events.

Also, the organizer can offer sports bets in which the player, by guessing the event and fulfilling additional set conditions (which are published in advance), can receive an additional bonus, i.e., a percentage higher than expected.

The organizer can also offer the so-called cashout payment, i.e., payment for a bet in which all the events have not been completed or have not even started, or one part of the sports events has been affected (earlier ticket payment), so for the remaining events that have not been completed or have not even started, it allows the player to payout an online bet slip, but with a reduced amount that is calculated based on the current odds of sports events. It is not fixed and depends on when the player accepts the cashout payment. Cashout can be realized only for those events for which the organizer considered that it could offer this possibility.

When a player accepts a cashout payment, his bet becomes a winning bet, and it will be with a reduced amount regardless of the final result of unfinished or unstarted events.

In the event of an incorrect cashout payment, i.e., the amount offered for an earlier payout is inadequate due to incorrect coefficients of sporting events that have not been completed or started, the organizer reserves the right to recalculate with the correct coefficients at the time of cashout payment.

Suppose an incorrect cashout payment occurs based on processing an incorrect result for one of the sports events. In that case, the organizer reserves the right to correct the result and can recalculate the total bet.

Article 7.

The valid result for an event or match that is the subject of sports betting is the result achieved at the end of the regular course of the match, the end of the race or the event (e.g., 90th; 60th; 40th minute, depending on the type of match, sport or event), and extensions are not valid except for the game goes further or for some games that will be highlighted in advance in the offer itself.

If an event is played in a format other than the standard one, then this result is considered valid if and only if it is published in the offer.

Suppose the organizer cannot provide an official report for specific sports events the player's bet covers. In that case, the organizer can extend the payment until the result is official and processed unless other articles of these Rules do not cover that event.

Article 8.

Determining the results of sports and other matches and events that are the subject of betting are determined from the official websites of the respective football leagues or other sports associations or the teletext of certain world televisions and world bookmakers, confirmed by other electronic and printed media (including paid websites whose main activity is monitoring results from sports events).

The result of all matches or events the organizer offers for betting will be published on the organizer's website.

Article 9.

The players of their choice bet on specific sports matches or events that have been previously announced, with the appropriate coefficients, in the offer provided by the organizer.

The players themselves determine the stake and the number of sports events on the ticket (some of the conditions for the minimum number of matches of a game must be met if such conditions exist); that is, they determine the amount of possible winnings, i.e., the winning coefficient.

The winnings are determined through computer processing of all bets after entering the official results of sports matches or events (following Article 6 of these Rules).

The organizer keeps unique records of all payments received and all payments made.

Article 10.

Suppose a sports event is interrupted for any reason. In that case, a waiting period of 72 hours must pass, awaiting its continuation or replay, after which the match will be registered and processed according to the result achieved from the continuation or replay.

Suppose a match that has started is interrupted at any time before the regular end of the match and does not continue within 72 hours from the initial start. In that case, all games whose outcome is unknown until the moment of the interruption will be processed with an odd of 1.

For all games whose outcome is known up to the moment of interruption and where the played game itself has ended, the result is valid, and the types played remain regularly processed.

Suppose a match that has started is stopped at any time before the regular end (e.g., 28th minute) and is not resumed within 72 hours, but a decision is made to start the match from the first minute; a such match is considered as stopped. Therefore, such a match will be processed as an interrupted match in 28 min. according to the result that was up to the moment of interruption, all games whose outcome is unknown until the moment of the interruption will be processed with an odd of 1.

In case of interruption of the match due to certain events during the match (e.g., abandonment of the match by one of the teams) and the result of the match is the official result, the official result will not be taken into account, but the match will be processed according to the rules for interrupted matches, and according to the result that was at the moment interrupts the match.

Subsequently, for football matches only, if the match started in its 85th minute, the score achieved up to that moment will be registered as the final score, regardless of the circumstances that arose after that moment. More precisely, if the game is interrupted after the 85th minute, it is not considered interrupted during the processing of the results. It is considered a finished game and is calculated by the score achieved up to that moment for all types and types of games.

Article 11

If a sporting event is postponed for any reason but still starts within 72 hours of the originally scheduled start time, the result achieved for that sporting event will be valid.

If the sporting event is postponed for any reason and it does not start within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, for that sporting event, a coefficient of 1 will be calculated for all types and types of games, except for the total goals game in the league, where consider as if exactly two goals were scored in the delayed match.

In case of postponement of half or more than half of the matches from one league, an odd of 1 will be calculated for the game of total goals in the league to which those matches belong.

Suppose the postponed sports event started precisely 72 hours after the initially scheduled date. In that case, the result achieved at the event is considered valid (e.g., if the sports event scheduled for Saturday at 8:00 p.m. is postponed and takes place on Tuesday at 8:00 p.m.).

Article 12.

The organizer reserves the right to declare specific matches, events, competitors, types or types of games invalid and to cancel them in case of:

- For a specific match/event to determine a possible error in the time and place of the sporting event

- To determine the wrong pair/competitor in the offer

- That a specific match/event starts before the date and time specified in the offer, and some bets were placed after the actual start of the specific sports event

In the case of an invalid (canceled) sports event, an odd of 1 will be calculated for all types and types of games.

Suppose a possible error concerning the published odds by the organizer is determined on a particular match/event (odds that differ significantly from the market of odds in the country or the world exchange of odds or reverse odds regarding the favorite of the sports event). In that case, the bets placed with these odds will be canceled by the organizer and will calculate an odd of 1.

Article 13.

The organizer has the right to change the quotas given in the offer. The odds are valid for players at the time of betting, except for sporting events subject to Article 10, for which odds of 1 are calculated.

Article 14.

For the outcome of sports betting from any sport, goal scorers, corners, yellow cards, red cards, offsides, the time of the first goal and other events related to the same, the official result and the report after the end of the sports event published on the official website within up to 48 hours after its completion. If, in the meantime or later, an event is changed or disqualified outside the field, at the green table, by the decision of the organizing or coordinating body (upon the objection of a team, upon the disqualification of a player or team or for any reason, due to doping tests, the cancellation of a sports event by the official result, renaming the scorer of a goal, etc.), those results are not taken into account. The previous outcome with which the bet was processed remains valid.

If the sporting event is interrupted, the procedure is according to Article 8 of these Rules, regardless of any subsequent change, replay, disqualification, or any subsequent decision outside the field.

SPECIAL BETTING RULES

Article 15.

Specific rules for sports, races, or types of games that may differ from the general rules and are specific to that particular sport, event, or type of sports betting:

Football:

In the case of the wrong pair of a football match, the pair is declared invalid (canceled), and an odd of 1 is calculated for that pair for all games;

Yellow or red cards awarded after the official end of the match or awarded to non-playing players, the coach, or any other match official do not count towards games concerning these events;

If the first red card or the first yellow card occurs for the game, a card that the referee assigns to two or more players simultaneously (during the same stoppage), then a coefficient of 1 is calculated for those games.

Tennis:

The final type, first set, total sets, or game or set handicaps, are played depending on which games the organizer will allow. They can be combined with other games in the offer unless otherwise stated;

In the case of a wrong pair in tennis, the pair is declared invalid (canceled), and an odd of 1 applies to that pair for all games;

If one of the two players cancels before the start of the match, the pair is declared invalid, and an odd of 1 applies to that pair for all games;

If a match is surrendered by one competitor, an odd of 1 is calculated for all games regardless of whether the match has started or not;

If a regular tennis match is postponed before the start of the match or is interrupted during the match (due to rain, darkness, etc.), its outcome is awaited, regardless of whether 72 hours have passed (applies only to tennis because that match must have its ending);

Baseball:

The final type (1 or 2) is played. May be combined with other games in the offer unless otherwise stated;

In the case of a wrong pair in baseball, the pair is declared void (voided), and the odds of 1 apply to that pair for all games;

If the match is postponed, there is no waiting for 72 hours to play a new one, but an odd of 1 is calculated immediately;

If the match is interrupted, there is no waiting period of 72 hours to resume the match, but:

- if they played three innings, the result achieved is final;

- if three innings have not been played, an odd of 1 is calculated.

If two same teams play two games on the same day, the game that is in accordance with the hourly rate for which the organizer made an offer is taken into account.

Rules for racing, Formula 1, motorcycle racing, skiing, ski jumping, cycling, player results, and all other individual and team sports for which the organizer arranges betting on the winner or placing of competitors in that event:

The winner (for pole position or race), from first to third place (for pole position or race), from first to sixth place (for pole position or race), competitor duels (for pole position or race), or individual results are played a specific competitor in a sport (number of goals, baskets, points, assists, etc.). It can be played as a single or linked to other games in the offer unless otherwise stated;

If the competitor is wrong, the odd is wrong, or the race is postponed or interrupted, an odd of 1 is calculated;

If the competitor does not appear at the start of the race, an odd of 1 is adequately calculated for that competitor. The same happens if he appears at the warm-up and does not start the race.

If the competitor started the race, then his placement is considered, regardless of whether he finished the race to the end or before the time for any reason. If the race starts, is interrupted, and the start is repeated once again (due to safety, collisions, etc.), the first start and those competitors who started then are counted;

For the pole position for a valid result, it is considered how the race for the pole position ended, and only that order is regular. If one of the contestants is later disqualified (at the green table) for any reason, those results are not considered.

In the driver duel game, if two drivers do not finish the race, a coefficient of 1 is calculated for that pair.

If one of the competitors does not start the race, an odd of 1 is also calculated.

For the game, the individual result of the player, if the competitor does not come out at all, an odd of 1 is calculated.

Rules for live betting

Sports events currently being followed live can be played as a single, linked to each other on the ticket without any conditions, and linked to sports events from the standard offer as a mix ticket. One ticket can have a minimum of one and a maximum of 20 types of sports events currently being played (live) or combined with unstarted sports events.

For live betting, the odds apply at the time of payment.

The odds of sporting events offered for live betting are usually constantly changing according to the course of the game, the current score, and the time. The organizer reserves the right to make any corrections to the odds of live sports events, to stop and reactivate betting on any sports event, at any time to allow or prohibit all games, or to stop betting altogether, according to his discretion.

If in the bookmaker's premises, the organizer cannot provide the broadcast of the sports event for technical reasons (no picture, internet, or power outage), all pending bets (open payments) are processed with coefficient 1. The same rules apply if the distribution of coefficients is interrupted for technical reasons.

In live betting, an odd of 1 is calculated in the following cases:

- every play that did not make sense, i.e., does not correspond to the current situation on the field (e.g., the possibility of accidentally playing the next goal and it has already been scored, the possibility of playing a penalty if it has already been awarded, the possibility of playing on a red card if it has already assigned, etc.). It is especially emphasized because Internet transmission can sometimes be delayed or interrupted. No complaints are accepted based on this.

 - In the event of an interruption of the sports event, all pending bets (open payments), which contain types of sports events that have not been completed, will be valid within 24 hours in the event of the continuation of the game. After the deadline, they will be calculated with coefficient 1.

As an exception to these rules, for sports events in tennis, interruption of a tennis match, and that match continues in the following period, all tips are valid for bets pending until the match resumes, but not longer than the duration of the entire tennis tournament.

If a pair changes at the tennis match, i.e., the announced pair does not enter the court, an odd of 1 will be calculated for all games.

In the case of tennis, if a surrender occurs during the match by one of the tennis players, all open payments will be calculated with a coefficient of 1.

If a red or yellow card is awarded to a player after the end of the match has been signaled, it is not considered valid in processing. A red or yellow card awarded outside the field (substitute player or coach) is not considered valid.

For all sports events in which there can be a winner after extra time (possibly penalties), particular game types will be offered in live betting, which also includes these extra times. For all other types, the results are valid until the end of the regular part of the match.

ORGANIZED BETTING

Article 16.

Suppose the organizer receives multiple bets with identical or similar events by different players within a short period. In that case, the organizer reserves the right to cancel all such bets, even after the bets have been settled.

The organizer also reserves the right to reject any bet or part of a bet at any time, including after the bet has been placed, if it determines at its discretion that there is collusion between different players or connections between their user accounts, provided that in such case, must leave all non-rejected or non-voided bets standing.

INTEGRITY OF THE EVENT

Article 17.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel any betting related to an event that is the subject of betting or part of it, as well as to suspend the payment of winnings if the integrity of that event is threatened, i.e., if the organizer assesses that there is a well-founded suspicion that anyone has acted in order to determine the outcome of the event, thereby violating the provisions and official rules of holding such events. If there is evidence based on which the regularity of the holding of the event is challenged, the organizer reserves the right to cancel any betting.

Important Note

You have to be OVER 18 YEARS of age to bet!
